PE Department
The PE department at Coleraine College aims to offer every pupil the opportunity to partake in a wide variety of sports, to increase fitness levels and create a lifelong enjoyment of keeping active. By encouraging a passion to stay active through sport we aim to develop pupil’s physical and mental health and wellbeing, enabling them to develop confidence, resilience, problem solving and ability to make decisions to become positive contributors to society. Alongside this we give talented pupils the opportunity to compete against other schools developing their teamwork skills.
We are always looking at new ways to engage our pupils and have secured outside coaches to help develop our pupils further, namely in rugby, cheerleading, table tennis and handball.
